Thursday we went to the library to play Chess again, F really seems to like it. I sit with the girls reading book after book, and J usually plays on their toddler computer for a little bit as well. She loves the reader rabbit and sesame street games.
We had to replace on of the car wheels yesterday, one of them got sliced by something on the road when my DH was driving home from work.... at least he got home OK.
Today we went to Coney Island to the Brooklyn Aquarium, it was such a nice day, it didn't get really hot until about 3 pm...we were already on our way home by then. The kids loved it, we saw so many things, the walrus put on a great show for everyone, swimming up close with his face against the glass panel, and splashing... it was sooo cool. I love the walrus...the sea otter was cool as well, J was fascinated.. it's so great to watch them. F learned a few more things about sharks and we bought a few books and one more Professor Noggins Game. We are getting a nice collection. I read whole bunch of books to the girls tonight while F watched Tomb Raider with his father.
Tomorrow we are going to a BBQ at my best friend's house in Staten Island, she has 2 boys who the kids love playing with. Sunday my DH got off (yay) so we will prob. spend the day doing something fun...maybe cleaning lol. I'm just glad he's off. :)
