It's deffinitely summer, it's been so hot, yesterday we went to the park and the kids played in the water for a little while. They got nice and soaked... we had a little trouble with the water at our apt., no water for about 5 hours...so it was a good time to go out and enjoy the weather.
This week F has been really interested in the Almanac of the world book I got for him. He has been looking up all the U.S. states and the info on them. As well as the countries of the world, he was reading aloud all of the countries and their populations as well as their life expectancy...
He really likes that book, he took it with him when we did our errands on Monday...
J is starting to use her b day present from my mother, she got her a few wipe off boards with letters and numbers on it. She loves them and is really learning to write her letters. She loves to draw so it's great, she can draw on it and then wipe it off to start all over again.
Who needs pre-school lol?
