Oh well

I knew I was not going to remember to blog every day :)
Oh Well.... yesterday in the morning F took his tree identifying book and opened his leaf collection book where he has his leaves from the past 2 years and tried to identify each one of them using the guide. He needed to find the leaf type, does it have grooves, how many lobes does it have... used his ruler to measure them and he got about 7 or 8 of them done and then it was time to get ready to meet my friend J and her kids at the Bklyn aquarium.
We took the train, so peaceful in the early afternoon. The kids had a great time looking at various animals, we watched the mommy walrus and the baby walrus for abt 15 minutes as the mommy yelled at the baby and pushed him in the water, lol. Then they all tired to hold their breath as long as the Otter can (5 minutes) F won ,20 seconds :). J came close at 18 seconds. The kids walked around, talked, and just had a nice time with their friends.
Afterwards we all went for a walk on the board walk, after J and her kids left we took a walk on the beach for a little bit and then took the train home.
