Well it's time for us to really get moving with our packing, we will be out of here as of Saturday!!! yayay! The kids are loving it, besides the fact that they get their own rooms, have space to do school work with a separate table, they don't have to do any actual school work for the next week or so :).
I'm telling you, you don't realize how much stuff you have until it's time to move it all.
What did we do last week?
* Reading with J and F.
*Working on pronunciation with A
*read some more of Puerto Rico's history
*Math for both J and F
*playground time :)
*ran errands/school work (consist of me asking the kids questions like "what number is this? If we get 3 pounds of apples how much is that? What does that word say? What kind of tree is that? If we recycle our cans/water bottles how much will we get?
if I do 2 loads of laundry at $1.75 each machine, how much will I spend today?
and so on and so on...)
*Lots of packing, mostly F (he loves to help)
*found a washing machine/dryer for our new apt. (Impromptu play date for F, we bumped into his bff A so they spent the 45 min. we were there playing and talking)
*some computer time for all the kids
*LOTS of play time, drawing and writing (writing for J and A)
now I need to get back to it all (after I eat breakfast)
