busy week

I have hardly had time to sit and think about what to write on here... we have been busy with art class in Queens for the girls, park day get together, dance class, reading a lot, planting seeds, playing out doors, organizing my apartment...

F also took his first standardized test this week. He's in 4Th grade and I thought it'd be good for him to take it this year and then not worry abt. it for 2 more years since he was getting anxious abt. having to take it next year... (my son)

I ordered the PASS test and gave him the placement test the same day we got it.. he scored very well on the math and good on the reading and language parts. He took the math one a few days ago, the reading today (which turned out to be too easy) and he will take the language part the next few days. Then I will send it back to Hewit for scoring and then I should get it back in time to submit it to the BOE.

F ad I are now reading 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, the kid version of the Jules Verne book. So far it's interesting and he is looking forward to the part where they talk about visiting Atlantis :).

The weather has been really nice, I'm so glad it's Spring. We have a few classes coming up the next few weeks that we are looking forward to.
