J and F took a series of classes on Eastern Native American architecture and had a great experience, building Wigwams from almost all traditional materials. This is J's half finished project.
It fit great with our vacation to the Plimoth plantation where they got to see first hand a real Wigwam and how it looked on the inside.

I love these hands on classes as all 3 kids learn so much. A and I hung out inside the class for the first few classes and she learned a lot as well just by listening to the instructor speak about the ways of the Iroquois and Canarsee and Lenape Natives of the area. She also go to help make a Native person from model magic clay.

The kids also had some outdoor play time after the classes at Washington Sqr park with some friends from the class.
