Happy B day!

Today is my J's birth day, we had planned to have a few people over for cake but it seems that everyone was not feeling well. Including our girls...it sucks that my girl was sick on her b day but that didn't stop her from singing and enjoying her cake and her presents. We keep it simple here and bought her books and a small My Little Pony which she loves.

On Saturday we plan on going to the CP zoo, we had to cancel last Saturday because of J's illness. Hopefully she will feel better by then.

We have been working more on counting numbers and number recognition, A is starting to get it too a little.
Me and F finally got a chance to play the math game I wanted to play, with the dice that I bought. We threw the 2 dices and added the numbers to see who could get to the number 100 first. We also did a few different pattern problems. We are still reading about ancient Roman towns, as well as The Amish people. I think it's so cool that they have stuck to their way of life in this day and age.
Our plants are doing OK so far.... my DH has a green thumb..i don't so basically when he gets involved with the planting, re planting they all survive. So now it's his job to do any of that stuff..... the kids also had a blast with him a few days ago making whipped cream with a cream maker he got from work. He got a lot of different fruits, strawberries, black berries, blueberries from work and they all sat down with a big bowl and ate it with the whipped cream. With the amount of fruit we eat it's a good thing he gets some from work. :)
