I am always curious about other homeschooler's blogs, and how they live. I found one mom's blog who lives in Alaska, and am amazed at the way they live off the grid in the woods in a 16 by 16 cabin with 2 kids..... says something when we live in a 2 bdrm apt and sometimes don't have enough space :) maybe we have too much stuff? ya think?
I wonder at times if we could live like that? I'd have to learn to drive lol!
It is just amazing how each child can have such a different experiences while growing up from another one. I wonder what my children will remember from their childhoods home schooling....
J wrote out the entire days of the week with my help. She is learning so fast the sound each letter makes it makes me so grateful that we decided to home school her and I see the transformations she is making each day.
F did more pages on multiplication and I was glad to hear him say how he is finding it easier and easier as the days pass...:) practice makes perfect.....
We read some more of his chapter book last night, we trade off reading passages, and he is really interested in this book, I will buy some more once we are done with this one and the other one we bought last summer, Treasure Island.
Isn't reading fun!
