stuff

Apartment hunting is going OK I guess... we looked one that was perfect for us.. a big 3 bedroom.. not sure we can afford it though so it's up in the air...
so many things need t come together in order for us to be out by march 1st. I am praying, and I know what is supposed to happen is what will happen...

I am trying not to get my hopes up and just hope for a great apt. to find us.

As far as home schooling, we are continuing on our journey of discovering Puerto Rico, and F is really enjoying it. We read a short story from Stories from Puerto Rico as well as some more about the geography of the island today.
J did some math and spelling with her V smile games, and we started reading her Magic fairy book series. We took a walk to the library today and picked up 2 more books on PR to read and compare.

As far as A goes, she is not very interested in learning 'schooly' stuff right now and I am not pushing her, but we do cover some math and she knows all her letters and some of the sounds they make. We also do group reading.

For dinner I made a really tasty stuffed acorn squash with rice, it was stuffed with qinuoa, grated zucchini, onions and spices. The kids really liked it so it'll deff. be something I will make again. It was also pretty easy.

I love cooking for my family. :)
