MLK day

Saturday we all went over to my mother's house so she could give the kids their x mas presents which she didn't get a chance to give on x mas. It was nice, they got books and puzzles( that make sounds) which they all liked. I like anything of educational value :) F spent the last 2 days at his grandma's, they saw a movie and played in the arcade. He needed a little break from us too. So it has been just the 4 of us, 3 when dh is at work. The girls are a lot calmer without their brother. Well today is Martin Luther King Jr. day so we will be reading about him and I have a tape of his speech that I want F to hear. We weren't able to go to the art class last friday, because dh had to work. :( I hope no more fridays will be interrupted. But the kids' cousin came over and she played with them which was nice, even if she's an adult. :) I am trying to schedule play dates for the next few weeks. Hopefully things will go as planned for the next few months, we have a lot of activities to attend to.
