F and his father went to buy the Christmas tree yesterday and we had a blast decorating it. I put on some Christmas music and all the kids got to put the lights and ornaments on it. F was so excited and couldn't wait to get the tree :)
J keeps plugging the ligths in and saying "oh it's so beautiful mommy " lol. I love Christmas.
We have been organizing and cleaning the house, making room for the things I know the kids will be getting come x- mas and then for A's b day. I am hoping they do not have so much stuff they don't know what to do with it....
F has been taking it easy on his schooling, just doing some math and other subjects as he feels like it through out the day, he has been writing out his numbers, adding, subtracting, geography, and history. We read some more of his Strange but true stories from the Civil War. He watched his Pompeii DVD again and I noticed that he understands a lot more this time than the last time he saw it which was maybe 3 mos ago. He has been studying volcanoes and various terms related to them for a while now.
The kids have been playing together a lot too, he has been teaching the girls various things as well, mostly about animals, and the kinds of foods that are healthy. They love being near him....
