Things

My son is in Florida with my mother and brother for 6 days... he will be home tomorrow night. He is having a great time at the beach... me and the girls are having girl time and having a blast. Lots of fun playground time at Pier 6 by the Brooklyn bridge, J even got a cute hair cut and her ears pierced yesterday. I waited until she was ready for her ears to be pierced and when she asked me I said yes :). She loves it so far...
'School' will start soon here.. we have been reading every day and doing some other schooly stuff the last few weeks...playing board games, cooking together, having good conversations...

So far my plans for the 1st day of school will be to go to the Lego store in NYC :). I told the kids we won't be doing a lot of sit down book learning until it gets cold and their classes are done. I have a lot of fun field trips planned, yes I'm getting excited :)I love taking them to different places, it makes life so much more fun and interesting.
